Scott Arrieta is a seasoned and versatile operations, HR and customer experience strategist. After a distinguished career as an executive leading large operations and HR teams for high-growth, venture-funded startups, Scott founded Unity & Company - a full-service leadership development firm that harmonizes a deep understanding of human experiences and organizational strategies to develop world-class leaders that lead their teams to success.
Over the course of his 20+ year career, Scott has worked with organizations at every stage of development – from scrappy, pre-revenue startups to well-established public companies and everything in between. His work has taken him across the globe, where he has led the design and implementation of new strategies, tools and training for thousands of leaders and front-line employees.
Scott is a visionary customer experience evangelist who has been featured regularly at industry conferences like Zendesk Relate and Customer Contact Week where he has taught CX Leaders how to transform their organizations from transactional cost-centers to centers of strategic insights that drive customer satisfaction, retention and ultimately, profitability.
Scott obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Duke University and has earned green belt (CSSGB) and lean design certifications in six sigma (LDSS). Scott is a certified partner for Management Drives and a certified somatic cross-mapping practicioner.
