Russ brings 13 years of transformational leadership to Unity and Company.

Throughout his career, Russ has found great joy in developing highly efficient and effective systems for performance evaluation, human resource protocols, talent development, and performance assessment.

Although cerebral and introverted, Russ enjoys meeting new people and infuses humor into everything he does.

Russ considers himself a lifelong learner, and this curiosity has led him to work in educational and corporate settings. His experiences in both environments have inspired his dissertation on the relationship between corporations and public education in America.

He is expected to graduate with a doctorate in Educational Leadership in May of 2025.
