Monica ARRIETA - head of coaching & transformation

Monica has over 20 years of people and program leadership experience working with some of the world’s most recognizable organizations like Intel, Apple, Morgan Stanley, American Funds and Capital Group Wealth Management.

Over the course of her distinguished career thus far, Monica has launched leadership development, coaching and training programs worldwide, impacting hundreds of seasoned and emerging leaders.

As Head of Coaching & Transformation at Unity & Co., Monica leads our team of coaching specialists and works directly with senior leaders, executives and teams on how to improve their communication, strategic collaboration and overall performance. Her passion lies in helping professionals to navigate difficult conversations, build self-awareness and break down silos to produce greater engagement, psychological safety and organizational productivity.

While many executive coaches focus primarily on feedback and conceptual strategies, Monica’s somatic coaching approach blends business acumen with a unique understanding of how emotions drive behaviors. By taking a holistic approach that taps into the head, heart and gut, she helps clients build greater self-awareness that leads to lasting behavior change.

Monica is a graduate of the Somatic Coaching Academy and is a certified somatic coach. She attended Colorado State University and the University of Arizona and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. Monica is passionate about photography, baking, yoga, reading and spending time with her 2 children, dogs and her husband.
