When Scott and I joined forces and founded Unity & Company, I knew that the combination of our professional backgrounds and lived experiences would enable us to drastically reinvent the status quo for corporate training.
I am an educator at heart and by training. I am passionate about designing learning experiences that are tailored to the needs of neurodiverse individuals, multilingual & multinational populations, creatives, innovators, and system disruptors. I excel at designing learning experiences that are engaging, interactive and fun. But don’t be fooled by the fun and games — my approach is deeply informed by research and science. As a globally recognized and published researcher, speaker, curriculum designer, facilitator, and leadership coach, I don't just go with my gut. Everything we do is backed by science, experience, and deep application.
